I'm spending the month of June studying at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune, India. This is the sixth time I've come to spend a month here. It's always an intense experience, practicing, taking classes, observing classes, assisting with therapeutic patients, reading in the library at the Institute. There's an endless amount to be learned, and I feel after each visit that it has moved my practice to a new level.
I'll be back in SF in July, and will be teaching both at
IYISF (on Thursdays and Fridays for July and August) and at
Bija Yoga (a new restorative class on Saturdays and some subbing for other teachers during July and August).
